Business Development Manager - Control Room Videowall Processing Technology

This global company that has been delivering innovative and high-quality visual solutions for over 40 years with customers in more than 100 countries across 5 continents, covering multiple industries such as professional audio and video, military, education, security and health care.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and grow their sales and market share in the German market. You will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and securing new sales and project opportunities within the control room videowall processing technology segment.

You will be working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and drive business growth. You will also represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote brand awareness, network with potential clients, and stay connected with industry leaders.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Native German speaker with a good proficiency in English
  • Proven track record in developing and closing business within the target customer groups
  • Strong understanding of control room videowall processing technology and its applications in relevant industries
  • The ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and requirements to customers and internal teams equally
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work within and help to develop an expanding team
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry event.
