As a Customer Services Engineer, your day-to-day will be diverse and engaging. You will offer both remote and on-site technical support, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software, and play a crucial role in demonstrations as well as providing training to partners and end-users.

Your proactive approach will see you conducting analysis visits, reporting findings, and making recommendations. Your insights will directly influence product development by providing valuable feedback to the product managers and R&D teams. To thrive in this role, you should have 3 years of experience in a technical customer environment within the Visualization industry, a robust understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies, and fluency in English. Additional language skills are a bonus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as is a service- and client-oriented mindset.
