As a Customer Service Engineer, your expertise will be instrumental in deploying and servicing cutting-edge visualization systems. Your day-to-day will involve providing both remote and on-site technical support across the Spanish and Portuguese regions, as well as internationally. You will be hands-on in repairing and troubleshooting hardware and software, and your insights will directly influence product development as you liaise with product managers and R&D teams.

Your role will also include demonstrations and delivering product training to partners and end-users, conducting proactive analysis visits to offer valuable recommendations. Documenting actions and solutions promptly is essential, as is participating in ongoing training to refine your technical, commercial, and soft skills.

Candidates should bring a minimum of three years' experience in a technical customer environment within the Visualization industry, demonstrating a robust understanding of hardware, software, and networking technologies. The ability to manage multiple projects, remain composed under pressure, and prioritize effectively is crucial. Fluent communication in Spanish and English is required, and additional language skills are highly advantageous. A customer-centric approach is vital.  Willingness to travel is a must.
