We are seeking a Global Program Manager to steer project teams towards fostering the company's ethos, nurturing client relationships, and propelling revenue growth. The role requires a strategic thinker with a flair for developing effective strategies and tactics to drive client goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering the client's vision, business case, and benefits, and when needed, provide insights to help clients grasp their pipeline and delivery schedules, translating the complexities of AV into comprehensible concepts. Adept at consolidating disparate information from various unconnected systems, the Program Manager will be instrumental in driving processes to maintain revenue projections, project schedules, and client expectations. Coordination of all necessary resources, both human and capital, is essential to ensure outstanding performance.

Responsibilities include stakeholder management, acting as a liaison across departments, being the primary post-sales contact, managing SLAs, and ensuring program success. The role also encompasses cross-region coordination, establishing integrated schedules, and maintaining high standards for client communications.

Candidates must bring experience in delivering global technology programs and with experience in technology-based project and program management. A recognised Program Management Qualification (MSP) is mandatory, along with a track record of managing program finances exceeding $20m annually. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Project and Excel, is essential, coupled with emotional intelligence, negotiation prowess, technical aptitude, and superior communication skills.

Desirable attributes include experience in varied organisational delivery environments, navigating significant business changes, and familiarity with project management tools like Jira or Monday.com. A background in the audio-visual industry is advantageous.
