The position of Account Director is open to a driven, dynamic professional. This role is key in communicating the value of innovative solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving new business initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders and travel across the UK, with occasional trips to Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Present Solutions: Clearly convey the value of digital communication and workspace solutions to C-Level, Director, and Technical prospects.
Prospect and Engage: Actively identify and engage new business opportunities, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Account Management: Manage enterprise accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling additional products and services.
Develop Proposals: Craft commercial proposals, quotes, and present bespoke solutions to meet client needs.
Networking: Attend industry events to boost brand visibility and drive business development.
Collaborate: Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
Team Contribution: Visit the UK office regularly and participate in team growth and personal development.
What You’ll Need:
Experience: At least 5 years of business development or sales experience, ideally within digital signage, workspace solutions, or SaaS.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in growing sales pipelines and meeting targets.
Communication Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and communication abilities with senior decision-makers.
CRM Expertise: Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
Proactive and Adaptable: A high-energy approach with strong follow-up skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
