AV Pre-Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare LED samples and accessories for customer testing.
• Maintain LED showroom equipment and support its operation.
• Provide technical support and solutions, both remotely and on-site, to customers and sales teams.
• Assist with LED installations and resolve technical issues during exhibitions and other events.
• Offer customer training and guidance on LED product technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or technical training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields.
• Experience in LED systems or equipment manufacturing is advantageous.
• CAD software knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) and fluency in English; German skills (B1 or above) preferred.
• Willingness to travel for customer service and events.
