Business Development Manager Benelux (Rental & Staging)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to penetrate new markets and generate leads.
- Identify and cultivate new accounts, expanding the customer base for LED products.
- Forecast sales activities and set performance goals in collaboration with the Benelux team.
- Participate in annual industry business planning, focusing on target customer development.
- Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Direct channel development activities, coordinating with consultants, AV system integrators, and distributors.
- Keep abreast of new products and services, providing valuable feedback to headquarters.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly industry reports, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Manage customer communication and project implementation, ensuring seamless execution.
Your Profile
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Over 5 years in industrial product B2B sales, marketing, or project management, preferably within the AV industry. At least 3 years in roles related to the markets specified, with responsibilities in sales, marketing, or product management.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills. Strong client orientation with a knack for problem-solving and delivering high-quality products.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and verbal English, along with local language skills.
