Your Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Development: Craft and execute a robust business development strategy to penetrate new markets and generate leads, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Engagement: Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients, expanding the reach of LED products.
- Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the DACH team to set performance goals and forecast sales activities.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at high-profile conferences, exhibitions, and sales events.
- Field Activity: Conduct daily business trips to engage with rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, and creative agencies.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to headquarters, influencing product, marketing, and service strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on industry trends and performance.
- Project Implementation: Manage communication between customers and headquarters during project execution.

Your Profile

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Over 5 years in industrial product B2B sales & marketing or project management, preferably within the AV industry. At least 3 years in roles involving sales, marketing, or product management in relevant markets.
- Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Exceptional client orientation with a knack for problem-solving and delivering products.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and verbal German and English.
