Key Responsibilities:

- New Business Development: Drive accelerated revenue growth and bookings across mid-size to enterprise clients.
- Account Management: Develop individual account plans to guide opportunities through the sales cycle, including RFP responses.
- Market Engagement: Attend conferences and build partnerships to secure new business.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Strategic Input: Support the SVP of Sales in developing effective sales strategies.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to develop counter-strategies.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to tailor proposals to client needs.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with large organisations and C-Suite executives.
- Strong adaptability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand client business drivers and align solutions accordingly.
- Results-driven with a customer-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as Value Selling or MEDDIC.
- Ambitious and motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years in a sales hunter role, selling collaboration, UC services, or SaaS in the UK and EMEA markets.
- Proven success with long sales cycles (6 months or more) and value-driven sales outcomes.
- Strong consultative sales experience with the ability to provide creative solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
