Industry Development Director – LED Display

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies for assigned markets, focusing on lead generation and achieving sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new accounts, while maintaining relationships with existing customers to expand sales.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals in coordination with the UK team.
- Participate in establishing an annual industry business plan, including target customer development strategies.
- Represent the company at conferences, press events, and other promotional activities.
- Lead business development efforts by engaging with consultants, end-users, and AV system integrators.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly industry situation reports.
- Manage communication with customers and headquarters during project implementation.
- Host customer visits to HQ in China, subject to travel restrictions.
- Attend marketing events to promote products.
- Collaborate with HQ sales teams for strategy alignment.
- Perform other duties as required to support business goals.
Qualifications and Strengths:
- Over 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or industry development within the LED display or related technology industries.
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets in global markets.
- Strong understanding of sales forecasting, strategic planning, and customer relationship management.
- Experience working with AV system integrators, consultants, and end-users.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
