The Role

As the EMEA Programming Team Leader, you'll be a driven individual with extensive experience in Audio Visual Programming. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of technology trends to drive innovation and strategic growth. You will lead the company’s programming initiatives, develop system code and standards, and be involved in user interface decisions. Your ability to remotely support various software deployments, debug, and implement systems is crucial.

Your responsibilities include discovering new ways to push the boundaries of device capabilities, collaborating to create innovative solutions, and developing code for Crestron, Q-SYS, and other platforms. This role is ideal for someone curious, driven, and excited by the challenge of creating code to solve problems.

This position is based from home, with occasional travel to client sites and the company's UK head office. As the EMEA Programming Team Leader, you will need:

Education/Certifications:

  • Q-SYS Control 101/201
  • Extron Control/Authorized Professional Programmer
  • Crestron Certified Programmer
  • AMX Certified Designer/Programmer
  • AVIXA CTS Preferred
  • Audinate Dante Level 1/2/3
  • Shure Masterclass

Required/Desired Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

  • Crestron Masters, Q-SYS Control 201, and/or Extron EAP
  • Preferred networking experience
  • Proficiency in graphics editing programs
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products & Visual Studio
  • Working knowledge of DSP programs
