Sales Development Representative

UK | Permanent | Salary £80,000.00 - £86,000.00 Per Annum

The company has a team dedicated to making connectivity simple with leading software.  A new role for an SDR is available due to the growth of the company.   Backed by the 8th largest tech firm in the world, we specialise in wireless presentation, meeting room, and BYOM conferencing software solutions, championing our core values of commitment, integrity & respect, collaboration, innovation, and building meaningful relationships.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced SDR who is not only a seasoned sales professional, but adept at fostering long-term business relationships within the tech sector. This role is ideal for those who thrive in environments with extended sales cycles, requiring patience, perseverance, and a strategic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture long-term mutually beneficial OEM relationships, by demonstrating how product and company values align with our partners' long term business objectives. Innovative Solutions Selling: Collaborate with our R&D and product teams to develop sales solutions that reflect our innovative ethos.
  • Global Business Development: Use autonomy and adaptability to connect with a global client base, to embed software on meeting room and classroom devices.

Your Profile:

  • Achievement and success are very important to you. You value closing deals, winning new business, and exceeding expectations, even your own.
  • Proven track record in high-level software solutions sales roles, preferably within professional services and/or AV industry.
  • Exceptional skills in building and maintaining professional relationships that create value for everyone.
  • Willingness and ability to regularly travel internationally.

Location: UK & Ireland, Flexible, with opportunities for global travel
