Role Overview:

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) will join the rapidly expanding media and entertainment division. The SPM is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from initiating through closing phases. The role primarily focuses on written and verbal communication to all project stakeholders, overseeing and performing project management functions on all stadia, broadcast, and media projects, budgets, and scopes. Additionally, the SPM will mentor other Project Managers within the company.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Education/Certifications:

  • Recognised Project Management Qualification (PMI, Prince 2 Practitioner, etc.).

  • AVIXA CTS certification (Desirable but not essential).

  • Manufacturer certifications from brands like Ross Video, RIEDEL, Tripleplay, and LED.

  • Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in a client-facing technology sector, delivering complex and demanding projects.
    • Extensive experience with LED, Large Audio, Digital Signage, and Networking.
    • Ideal experience with SMPTE 2110, Broadcast, Streaming, and Video Production technologies.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Supervisory and people skills.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical, political, and people-related problems.
    • Excellent people leadership skills and strong financial background in project cost accounting.
