**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop AV designs, budgets, and proposals in collaboration with clients, Account Executives, and Project Managers.
- Conceptualise system designs, determine system requirements, and produce detailed technical documentation.
- Provide technical expertise for the architecture, installation, and planning of audio, video, and control solutions.
- Create Bill of Materials (BOM), costings, project budgets, and estimations.
- Support consultant-led RFPs with technical oversight and preparation of supporting documentation.
- Ensure smooth project transitions from sales to deployment teams, providing detailed handovers and ongoing support.

- Proactively identify and communicate progress blockers and risks.
- Manage multiple requests simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
- Maintain professional communication and presentation standards in client and internal interactions.

**Qualifications:**
- AVIXA CTS certification; AVIXA CTS-D preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of AV system design experience.

- Thorough understanding of project phases and the construction process.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and technical troubleshooting skills.
