This position will be responsible for;
Summary:
Working a hybrid schedule between the office in Surrey and client sites primarily in London and reporting to the Service Desk Manager, duties include;
We are looking for an individual who can develop and maintain a strong partnership with the client, all members of the projects and operations teams. You should be able to establish and maintain clear and frequent verbal and written communication both within the company and with the client and its other vendors and consultants.
Progression:
You will become an integral part in moving the service function to a NOC environment. Evolving current offerings to suit the needs of the business and clients. Developing technical/drawings/programming knowledge to become a key point of contact for the business. Taking on line management of junior engineers. Occasionally delivering small pieces of project work for clients.
Experience:
You should have experience with the following -
Familiarity with Logitech, Poly, Crestron, Extron, Q-sys systems required
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics
Programming experience
CTS
CSCS/ECS
