Role Overview:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth within the Immersive Experience sector. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Achieving Sales Targets: Drive and achieve personal sales goals for innovative products and solutions.
  2. Expanding and Managing Reseller Network: Identify, onboard, and support new and existing resellers. Develop business plans and conduct regular performance reviews.
  3. Providing Technical and Sales Expertise: Offer training, product updates, and support to partners to ensure effective sales and product specification.
  4. Lead Generation and Management: Generate and manage leads through events, demonstrations, and partner collaborations, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Brand Marketing and CRM Management: Strengthen brand visibility in the region and maintain up-to-date sales opportunities in the CRM.
  6. Forecasting and Market Insights: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and share valuable market intelligence to guide strategy.

Required Competencies:

  • Experience: Proven sales success in a relevant industry or technology sector.
  • People Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with client managers and navigate organizational and national boundaries.
  • Results-Oriented: A proactive approach to identifying and securing new customers and contacts, with strong skills in sales negotiation and relationship management.
