The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead business development and account management within the higher education sector. This role is ideal for someone who already has established contacts across universities and colleges and can hit the ground running to drive growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with key decision-makers in higher education, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring clients receive maximum value from technology solutions and services.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow client relationships within universities, colleges, and other higher education institutions.

Leverage existing sector contacts to quickly open opportunities and secure new business.

Act as the main point of contact for higher education accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention.

Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding solutions within existing accounts.

Collaborate with AV consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver winning bids and successful project outcomes.

Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams within higher education.

Maintain accurate CRM records to track activity, pipeline, and performance.

Provide market insights and feedback to support strategy in the higher education sector.
Candidate Requirements
