The Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to take ownership of relationships with AV Consultants, prime contractors, and a portfolio of named customer accounts. This is a strategic position focused on client retention, growth, and ensuring the business is a preferred partner when consultants recommend AV integrators.
The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients, building long-term partnerships, delivering maximum value, and driving business success. From onboarding through to renewals, the Account Manager will work closely with customers and internal teams to provide outstanding service, deliver winning bids, and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Build and manage strong relationships with AV consultants, prime contractors, and key accounts.

Drive retention, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Lead customer onboarding and implementation plans.

Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders, including C-level executives.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful bids and projects.

Provide insights and structured feedback on bid outcomes to improve processes.

Manage CRM activity for efficiency, visibility, and timely follow-up.

Maintain superior customer service and support strategic account growth.
Candidate Requirements

Experience in Account Management (ideally within the AV/consultancy space).

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to build lasting client relationships with a consultative approach.

Skilled in forecasting, opportunity qualification, and project/program management.

Strong commercial awareness, including contracts and negotiations.
