Project Manager to lead the successful planning, organisation, and delivery of AV integration projects. You will manage projects end-to-end, supported by a Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Project Manager to lead the successful planning, organisation, and delivery of AV integration projects. You will manage projects end-to-end, supported by a Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

This is a hybrid role, predominantly office/remote based, with flexibility to attend sites as required. Some projects may also involve international travel within the EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of assigned projects from handover through to completion, client handover, and transition to service.

• Define project programmes, monitor progress, and adjust timelines/resources where required.

• Manage and chair project meetings, ensuring actions are clear, tracked, and completed.

• Oversee all aspects of delivery including:

  • Programme and risk management

  • Client and contractor communication

  • Budget control, invoicing, and financial tracking

  • Resource allocation and scheduling

  • Change and delay management

  • Quality, documentation, and project sign-off

• Lead and deploy your Project Engineer and Coordinator effectively to maximise project efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Design, Engineering, Commissioning, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery.

• Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior management.

• Uphold best practice in health & safety, compliance, and professional standards at all times.

About You

• Strong technical knowledge of AV systems and integration.

• Proven experience managing projects end-to-end within a technical or AV environment.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and client management skills.

• Able to balance technical understanding with commercial and financial awareness.

• A proactive, professional approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.

• Flexibility to travel across the UK and Europe when required.
