About Us

Denise founded WoopJobs! back in 2008 due to the need for specialist recruitment in the AV market.  With 25 years of experience in AV she has built the business around a flourishing industry to be driven by people for people.

She is focussed on working with all kinds of businesses in AV and her extensive contact network and experience in recruiting has led to the placement of some of the industry’s top talent. She has an eye for finding the right people and an appreciation for understanding the companies which she represents, going beyond just the job description and looking for the right cultural fit.  Denise is passionate about what she does and helping people to find new careers.

Outside of work she is Mum to Edward and has a Labrador called Simba, both of whom keep her busy and active. She is learning to horse ride and snowboard; her favourite foods are roast dinner and tapas and she loves to travel as much as possible.

By working closely with candidates and clients, Jenny has developed a natural ability to bring together the right people for the job. With a no-fuss approach, she makes the process of recruiting efficient and enjoyable, and with 20 years of AV knowledge she understands what it takes to be successful. She loves meeting new people and networking and can be found at many of the industry events.

When Jenny is not working, she spends her time raising her two daughters with partner Gareth, baking cakes and attempting to burn the calories off at a gym class.

With over six years in recruitment, George has had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including creative, immersive, and development sectors. He is passionate about connecting talent with the right opportunities, drawing on a broad understanding of industry needs and trends, especially as they evolve with new technology.

Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, in the gym, or cheering on Manchester United. As a devoted music enthusiast, he attends Glastonbury every year, embracing the festival’s incredible energy. Whether it's football, fitness, or festivals, he brings his enthusiasm into everything he does, personally and professionally.
