As a pivotal member of the team, the Account Director will engage in a 'hunter' role, employing a consultative solutions sales approach to foster and expand client relationships. Collaborating closely with the sales leader and design team, the Account Director will play a key role in crafting state-of-the-art AV environments that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Lead business development efforts, identifying and capitalizing on AV integration opportunities within the enterprise corporate sector and other potential markets.
- Lead the proposal delivery process for customer and RFP opportunities, nurturing new customer relationships.
 

Skills and Experience:

- A robust understanding of audio visual and collaboration technologies.
- Proven ability to comprehend, synthesize, and devise AV system designs.
- A strong grasp of IT and networking technologies.
- Proficient business negotiation skills.

The Account Director role is home-based, with frequent travel to client sites and the company’s head office.
