Audio Visual (AV) Systems Architect

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven Audio Visual (AV) Systems Architect to join a fast-growing, innovative technology company. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an operations team working on cutting-edge AV solutions. The role involves evaluating multiple design alternatives for meeting, visualization, collaboration, and command and control systems. The ideal candidate will assess these alternatives based on user needs, design philosophy, and constraints such as cost, schedule, space, power, safety, usability, reliability, and maintainability. The selected solution will be finalized, detailed, and presented for internal and client acceptance before implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to the sales team during the pre-sales phase.

• Design AV systems, including preparation of schematics, BOMs, renderings, and other necessary technical documentation.

• Offer internal and external technical assistance to support teams, customers, and partners as needed.

• Participate in customer meetings, contributing technical expertise.

• Provide technical support to project managers throughout project execution.

• Work closely with the installation team and project manager to ensure a successful system implementation.

• Occasionally take on project management responsibilities, including scheduling, client communication, documentation, and invoicing preparation.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the operations team and across the company.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Technical education in electronics, automation, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the AV industry.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong teamwork abilities and a structured, detail-oriented approach.

• Strong problem-solving skills.
