A fast-growing global technology company is seeking experienced AV Installation Technicians to join its team. The company specializes in advanced Visual Collaboration Solutions, providing turnkey AV solutions for the modern digital workplace, including Control Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Boardrooms, Training Rooms, and Executive Briefing Centers.
We are looking for three motivated AV Installation Technicians (System Engineers) to be based in either our Stavanger office or work as part of our onsite rotation team with a key client in the energy sector. This role involves close collaboration with the project management and operations teams across Europe, installing and supporting AV solutions for customers in the EU and globally.

The position requires travel across Europe and globally as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, and integration of AV visualization solutions, including displays (LCD, LED, Projection), room control systems, video processing, video conferencing codecs, video matrices, audio DSPs, rack mounting, cabling, and network IP configuration.
- Ability to work independently, manage subcontractors on-site, and coordinate with customer and partner resources.
- Conduct onsite user training for customers on system operation.
- Perform site surveys to determine the best AV solution for client spaces.
- Conduct maintenance service visits, including firmware/software updates and system optimizations.
- Maintain AV systems at demonstration centers and client sites, ensuring smooth operation and providing support for customer demos.
- Assist with AV setup, teardown, and troubleshooting at tradeshows and events.
- Provide technical training to partners and end-users.
- Offer remote and on-site technical support via phone, video conference, or in person.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Strong interest in AV system integration and IT networking.
- Awareness of room control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), audio DSPs (e.g., Biamp, ClearOne), and video matrix systems (e.g., Extron, Lightware).
- Ability to manage AV projects on-site and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret AV wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experience collaborating with AV integrators, partners, and clients.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Problem-solving and consultative skills in a fast-paced environment.
