**Role Overview**
As a Commissioning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality AV/VC/Collaboration projects. Reporting to the Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for both on-site and off-site commissioning, ensuring that projects meet the highest standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of commissioning, debugging, and documentation stages of project delivery.
- Pre-stage racks and systems in the office, completing pre-stage checklists.
- Manage project handovers from the Project/Engineering Manager.
- Stay updated with product ranges from leading manufacturers and ensure competence in setup and configuration.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager on Crestron Control and Audio DSP programming.
- Liaise with clients on network-based technologies, including Crestron NVX, IPTV, Signage, and Dante Audio.
- Provide training to end-users and hand over to the Service Team.
- Offer technical guidance to junior team members and subcontractors.
- Complete commissioning audits and create action logs for project completion.
- Support Sales and Design teams with product guidance and specifications.
- Provide second-line technical support to the Service team as needed.

**Skills and Experience Required**
- Must have DSP Programming experience.
- Valid certification in some of the following manufacturers: QSC, Biamp, Crestron, Lightware, Shure, Sennheiser, Dante.
- Optional certifications: CTS/CTS-I, Avixa AV-related training, Microsoft MTR, Network-specific training.
