Key Responsibilities
- **Project Planning and Initiation**: Define project scope, develop comprehensive plans, and manage risks.
- **Client Management**: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are met and providing regular updates.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead project teams, assign tasks, and facilitate communication.
- **Project Execution**: Oversee installation, configuration, and testing of AV equipment.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and optimise resource utilisation.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control processes and conduct regular checks.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain project documentation and prepare status reports.
- **Project Closure**: Ensure all deliverables are completed and conduct post-project evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills
- **Experience**: 3-5 years in AV project management or a similar role.
- **Certifications**: PMP, CTS, or other relevant certifications are highly desirable. Health & Safety certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH are advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong project management skills, excellent communication, proficiency in project management software, in-depth technical knowledge of AV systems, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure.
Working Conditions
- Frequent travel to client sites and project locations may be required.

- Physical ability to handle and oversee AV equipment installation.
This role reports to the Commercial Director and Operations Manager and involves direct supervision of AV Technicians, Engineers, and other project team members.
