Client Director
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in winning and growing business within the corporate sector? We’re hiring a Client Director to join a growing EMEA sales team you will play a pivotal role in both developing new business and managing key accounts.
About the Role
This is a strategic sales position focused on Unified Communications (UC), video collaboration, and associated services. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new corporate clients while also building strong, long-term relationships with existing ones. It's a mix of business development and account management, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading new customer acquisition across mid-size to enterprise clients
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation
- Creating tailored account plans and proposals in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams
- Building deep, trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders
- Working closely with Customer Success to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Attending networking events and developing strategic partnerships
- Staying on top of market trends and competitor activity
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience in UC, Collaboration, SaaS or services in UK/EMEA
- Strong mix of hunting and farming experience
- Consultative selling approach, ideally with knowledge of methodologies like MEDDIC or Value Selling
- Confidence in navigating complex sales cycles
- Ability to clearly communicate technical solutions in business terms
- Energetic, ambitious, and results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel as needed
