The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Installation Engineer to join our technical delivery and support team. This role is hands-on and highly varied, involving the installation, configuration, and servicing of LED display systems for clients across the UK and mainland Europe.
As part of our growing team, you will not only execute installations but also contribute to the development of best practices, installation standards, and process improvements—making a direct impact on the quality and reputation of our delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Install LED display systems, including rigging, cabling, mounting, and commissioning.

Configure and calibrate LED control systems, processors, and AV components.

Collaborate with project managers, customers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery.

Provide on-site and remote post-installation support.

Supervise junior engineers and third-party contractors where required.

Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Ensure strict health & safety compliance on every project site.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of installation methods and processes.
Requirements

5+ years’ experience in AV or LED display installation and servicing.

Strong technical knowledge of LED systems, power distribution, data, and signal flow.

Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills and ability to lead on-site teams.

Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe.

Full, clean UK driving licence.
Desirable
-
Experience with major LED brands (e.g. Absen, AOTO, LG, Samsung, Unilumin).

Relevant certifications (ECS, IPAF, PASMA, CSCS).

Knowledge of AV control systems and LED configuration tools.

Residing within 60 minutes of the headquarters.
