We are seeking a driven Sales Manager or Sales Director to join their expanding team. Role Responsibilities:-
- Conduct comprehensive product and sales training for distributors, integrators, and consultants.
- Manage distribution partnerships, overseeing stock, orders, and sales/marketing initiatives
- Drive new business development by establishing new channels and partnerships.
- Actively manage a project pipeline, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including travel to customer locations.
- Identify new product ideas and concepts to enhance product line.
- Collaborate on value-add initiatives, including product and marketing projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Over 10 years of experience in sales and business development within the audio-visual market.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with excellent presentation skills to motivate both large and small groups.
- AVIXA CTS certification is highly recommended, with a solid understanding of AV integration and system design.
- Knowledge of Unified Collaboration technologies and protocols such as USB, IT/networking, TCP/UDP/IP, and AV & IT signals.-
- Strong ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels within an organisation.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, thriving in a growing and dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and another European language (German, French, or Spanish).-
- A degree in marketing, business management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.-
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a remote team.-
- Willingness to travel regularly
