What you’ll be doing
As the New Business Development Manager for the UK, you’ll be the face of the business for new customers. You’ll work closely with the UK Business Director and partner with teams across Marketing, Pre-Sales, Projects, and Delivery to bring exciting digital experiences to life.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Spotting and securing new business opportunities across the UK
- Building strong relationships and turning prospects into long-term partners
- Working with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions
- Presenting, pitching, and showcasing technology that genuinely makes an impact
- Keeping an eye on market trends, competitors, and new areas to grow
- Negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals
- Hitting (and ideally smashing) your targets
- Representing the company at events, exhibitions, and networking meet-ups
What you’ll bring
- At least 2 years’ experience in Digital Signage or a similar tech-led environment
- Confidence preparing for and leading client meetings from first intro to close
- A record of achieving or exceeding targets
- A proactive mindset with a genuine drive to win
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A structured, organised approach with the ability to juggle priorities
- Experience nurturing client relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction
- Comfortable working with MS Office, Excel, Windows and CRM tools such as Salesforce
Nice to have
- Experience working within a multinational business
- Additional language skills (Italian, French, German, Spanish, or Dutch)
