Senior Client Engagement Manager
We’re working with a global leader in high-end architectural LED display solutions, supporting their growth across the UK market. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who thrives on building relationships, shaping markets and working with best-in-class technology that transforms spaces and experiences.
This position sits at the intersection of technology, design and commercial strategy. You’ll be engaging with AV consultants, system integrators, architects and experiential designers, positioning premium direct-view LED solutions into landmark, permanent installations.
The role
As Senior Client Engagement Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and growing the UK market. You’ll be highly visible in the industry, attending key events, presenting solutions and acting as a trusted partner to clients from concept through to delivery.
You’ll also play an important role internally, feeding market insight back to product and marketing teams to help shape future strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with leading AV consultants, system integrators, architects and design studios
- Drive market development for premium, permanent LED display installations
- Actively represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking forums
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, progressing opportunities through to revenue
- Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to support positioning, branding and solution design
- Take responsibility for annual targets, from pipeline creation through to delivery
About you
- Strong background in LED display technology, ideally high-end direct-view LED video walls
- Deep understanding of the UK permanent installation market and how projects are specified and delivered
- Proven experience in business development within the AV system integrator or AV consultancy ecosystem
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and large enterprise clients
- Commercially driven, target focused and happy to travel regularly
- Confident, proactive and naturally network-oriented
- Experience working with international or cross-cultural teams is a plus
