Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager based 3 days a week in London, you will play a crucial role in driving sales for Audio Visual systems. Your responsibilities will include expanding the company’s client base, and strengthening the presence within the enterprise vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales prospects within the assigned territory and provide accurate forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Analyse cross-selling and up-selling opportunities, ensuring comprehensive presentation of all company products and services.
- Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable.
- Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to installation.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand the existing client base and generate new business.
- Attend and actively participate in weekly office sales meetings.
- Meet or exceed aggressive monthly gross profit (GP) targets.
- Design and implement prospecting tools such as webinars, seminars, and email campaigns.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer sales and sales engineering personnel.
- Actively use internal databases to manage client contact information and track activities.
- Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client enquiry.
- Represent the company at technology briefings and trade shows.
- Participate in training and professional development activities.
- Monitor non-installed product commissions to ensure timely completion by month-end.
