The Role
As a Senior Service Technician, you will enjoy a varied and practical role. One day you might be responding to service calls or providing remote diagnostics, and the next, you could be on-site commissioning, supporting handovers, or advising on system improvements. This position is perfect for those who value ownership, consistency, and quality over constant firefighting. You will manage your own time, make sound technical decisions, and work independently on client sites, all while being supported by an established service and engineering team.
Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting and commissioning, systems testing and maintenance, service and support delivery, and client representation. You will also be involved in project and installation support, workshop preparation, and continuous learning and development. Your technical capability, hands-on problem-solving skills, and familiarity with platforms like Q-Sys and manufacturers such as Epson and Panasonic will be crucial.
