Business Development Manager
We are working with a growing, fast-paced organisation looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager with a strong focus on winning new business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and building something from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own pipeline, approach the market in your own way, and take full ownership of your results.

The Role
This is a predominantly new business role, focused on identifying, engaging, and securing new clients. While there is some element of account development, the core focus is on generating revenue through proactive business development activity.
You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Engage with key decision-makers and develop new client relationships
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to win new accounts
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
About You
- Proven track record in a new business-focused sales or business development role
- Highly target-driven with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- A proactive, “go-getter” attitude with the confidence to open new doors
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a natural ability to spot opportunities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
