We are working with a growing, fast-paced organisation looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager with a strong focus on winning new business.

 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and building something from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own pipeline, approach the market in your own way, and take full ownership of your results.

The Role

This is a predominantly new business role, focused on identifying, engaging, and securing new clients. While there is some element of account development, the core focus is on generating revenue through proactive business development activity.

You’ll be responsible for building your own pipeline, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.
