We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join a global leader in visual display and communication solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with innovative technology that is transforming the way organisations communicate, collaborate, and learn.
Working across a designated UK territory, you'll play a key role in growing market share, developing strategic reseller partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities across the education and corporate sectors.

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of AV reseller partners while actively pursuing new business opportunities throughout your territory.
You'll work closely with channel partners and end users, promoting an impressive range of solutions including:

Projection systems

Interactive displays

Digital signage
-
Wireless presentation solutions
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you'll have the opportunity to influence projects from initial discussions through to successful deployment.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Developing and growing relationships with AV reseller partners across your territory.

Identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Delivering engaging product demonstrations to customers and partners.

Driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets.

Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.

Providing product training and support both remotely and on-site.

Creating demand within education, corporate, and commercial markets.

Representing the business at industry events, exhibitions, and roadshows.

Collaborating with partners to develop joint sales strategies and maximise opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.

Experience within the AV industry would be highly advantageous.

A proven ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong commercial mindset.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Confidence presenting solutions to a range of audiences.

An interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and solutions.

Experience using Salesforce would be beneficial, but not essential.

Full UK driving licence.
