Operations Director

We are recruiting on behalf of an award winning digital signage and display technology business, trusted by some of the UK's biggest hospitality and catering brands. Already established and now scaling fast, they are looking for an Operations Director to take full ownership of a broad, varied operational function and make it their own.

What You'll Be Doing

•       Leading content operations, installation and project delivery, and product management functions

•       Building a team culture centred on customer service, accountability and performance

•       Bringing visible, confident leadership to a fast moving, growing business

•       Sitting on the senior leadership team and helping shape wider business decisions

Who We're Looking For

•       A proven people leader with strong project management exposure

•       Someone who thrives on instilling structure, metrics and customer focused behaviours in a team

•       Comfortable being a confident, hands on presence in a busy senior stakeholder environment

•       Digital signage or AV experience is preferred
