The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on growing revenue across existing accounts while targeting new business opportunities. You’ll spend most of your time out in the field, meeting customers face-to-face, building relationships, and showcasing cutting-edge solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Conducting account reviews and aligning solutions with client needs.
- Presenting and demonstrating products in an engaging way.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring excellent customer service.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Field-based B2B sales or account management experience.
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Confident communicator, negotiator, and closer.
- Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce ideal) and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- Experience in AV technology (digital signage, AV over IP, IPTV, LED, projection, etc.).
- Established network of industry contacts (integrators, resellers).
