The Opportunity
Our client, a leading provider of innovative audio-visual and collaboration solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their growing team in Germany. About the Role
The Account Director will take on a hunter-focused role, responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities across Germany. Using a consultative and solutions-led approach, the successful candidate will work closely with sales leadership and design specialists to deliver high-quality AV and collaboration systems that truly impact how clients work and communicate.
Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development within the corporate enterprise sector and other potential growth markets in Germany.

Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting, proposals, and RFP responses through to successful contract closure.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded.

Collaborate with leadership to deliver a clear sales strategy that aligns with growth and revenue targets.

Apply strong technical knowledge of AV and collaboration solutions to shape proposals and advise clients.

Act as a trusted partner, balancing commercial and technical requirements to deliver maximum value.
Candidate Profile

Proven track record in solutions-based sales, ideally within audio-visual integration, collaboration technologies, or IT/networking.

Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in German and English is essential.
