Industry Product and Technology Manager - LED Display

We’re working with a global leader in LED display solutions to find an experienced Industry Product & Technology Manager. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and brings a strong technical background in LED or related tech industries.

About the Company

Our client is an established global brand with over 20 years of expertise and operations in 120+ countries. The European HQ is expanding its reach in rental & staging, virtual production, and xR solutions—and this role is key to that growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visiting customers across the UK and Europe to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Delivering internal and external product training sessions
• Collaborating with R&D and product teams to feed market insights into future product development
• Supporting the sales team with customer meetings, demos, and competitive comparisons
• Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and roadshows, representing the company as a product expert
• Building strategic partnerships within the LED rental and staging ecosystem
• Conducting competitive and market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
• Regular travel to the company’s HQ to support product and technology discussions

 What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electronics, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of experience in product or project management in LED display or related tech fields
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong project management and technical analysis capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Confidence working across cultures and in high-pressure environments
• Willingness to travel regularly across Europe and occasionally to HQ
